Program Manager

Transformational Security, LLC is looking for a Program Manager with a technical aptitude in RF technologies to oversee the complete program life cycle of defense industry projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of RF-related defense programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in program management and a solid understanding of RF technologies and their applications.

Responsibilities

  • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement project plans, ensuring technical and operational requirements are met.
  • Provide technical guidance on RF systems and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  • Monitor program performance against established metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify and address issues or deviations from the project plan promptly.
  • Continuously assess and mitigate risks throughout the program life cycle, focusing on technical and operational challenges related to RF systems.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on program status, challenges, and milestones achieved.
  • Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and facilitate the transition of deliverables to the operational phase.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI Clearance required.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects through all phases of the program life cycle.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of RF equipment, systems design, and performance evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management within the defense industry, specifically with RF systems.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and relevant technical software.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Senior Electronics Technician

Transformational Security, LLC is seeking a Senior Electronics Technician with expertise in digital and RF technologies to contribute to delivering robust and reliable equipment for the defense and commercial industry. As a Senior Electronics Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of cutting-edge defense and commercial products. Your expertise in troubleshooting, testing, and integration will directly contribute to product quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will review manufacturing processes and test flows and provide feedback for best practices to improve throughput efficiency, and will collaborate closely with design engineering teams, particularly during New Product Introduction (NPI) phases, to ensure high-quality product development.

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities
  • • Perform test and turn-up of circuit boards, troubleshooting down to the component level.
  • • Conduct board-level testing per specifications, diagnosing and resolving failures.
  • • Investigate failure root causes and recommend corrective actions to enhance reliability.
  • • Integrate circuit boards into electromechanical assemblies following schematics and BOMs.
  • • Provide clear feedback to design teams to improve design for manufacturing (DFM).
  • • Develop and execute data collection procedures, generating reports for engineering teams.
  • • Work closely with design engineers during NPI.
  • • Review manufacturing processes and test flows, recommending best practices for efficiency.
  • • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, addressing challenges proactively.

Requirements

  • • Successful completion of an accredited program as an electronic technician or significant OJT that results in the ability to perform all tasks and responsibilities of the position.
  • • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an electronics technician working with digital and RF circuitry, including troubleshooting at the component level.
  • • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
  • • Hands-on experience with circuit board assembly, repair, and rework.
  • • Ability to follow and execute mechanical assembly work instructions.
  • • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and critical decision-making skills.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with extended teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • • Experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers.
  • • Familiarity with Python for test automation or data analysis.
  • • Background in high-reliability electronics manufacturing (defense, aerospace, etc.).
