Jon Whittingham

President and Founder

Jon Whittingham is a retired Army Counterintelligence Special Agent with nearly 23 years of specialized technical counterintelligence (CI) experience. Jon now manages the development and vision for all new products and services. He is the former Director of Security and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Program Manager (PM) for the White House Communications Agency (WHCA), The White House. He has extensive experience and know-how in developing, programming, and executing complex CI investigations supporting a variety of classified and/or sensitive offensive and defensive programs and projects. He has expertise in developing, improving, and implementing multidiscipline security, counterintelligence, counterespionage, force protection, and technical security programs. He brings to Corporate America and the Defense Industry in-depth knowledge of physical and technical security procedures, policies, management, and best practices within the Department of Defense (DoD) and joint environments with an emphasis on physical, technical, and facilities security programs. Jon has a Master’s of Science degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland, University College.

Scott Erik Norrholm

Executive Vice President/Managing Director

As Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Scott Norrholm is responsible for Transformational Security’s Technical and Business Product and Market strategy. Scott provides the vision, business cases and plans, go-to-market strategy, and product and system definition for the company’s innovative Counterintelligence, Spectrum Management, and Electronic Warfare solutions. Scott leads the tactical business development, capture, and sales and marketing teams.

Scott’s experience includes over 10 years of successful Business Development and Capture leadership in high performance computing and signal processing for Electronic Warfare and Intelligence. He has more than 15 years in design, development, technical support, and applications development of Electronic Warfare and Signals Processing systems for shipborne, mounted and dismounted systems.

Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Shane Clark

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Shane Clark is responsible for executing Transformational Security’s business strategy while meeting revenue and profit goals. He is directly responsible for new product development, production, and customer focused services.

After serving six years in the U.S. Navy, Shane performed in roles of increasing responsibility with Ciena Corporation, Windermere, Essex Corporation, Northrop Grumman, and KEYW Corporation. He has developed proven, streamlined processes for design, development, and accelerated ramp-to-production for complex RF and sensor systems ruggedized for military and tactical applications.

Wanda Forrest

Chief Financial Officer

Wanda Forrest is a Corporate Finance Executive and Certified Public Accountant offering more than 20 years of experience leading and advising companies through complex financial and accounting matters. Her financial and accounting background includes roles with private and public companies as well as with a Big Four accounting firm. She possesses strong qualifications in implementing financial controls and processes, forensic accounting, productivity improvements and change management.

Wanda holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance as well as undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Elementary Education. Wanda currently serves on the Board of the Maryland Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and serves on the Audit Committee of the National Aquarium.

David Eisemann

Principal Subject Matter Expert, RF Systems

David Eisemann has twenty-five years experience in the design and implementation of RF, microwave and digital communications systems. He began his career as a tempest engineer for the US Navy and transitioned to the aerospace industry where he focused on space based communication systems. In 2000 David joined Agilent Technologies as a senior systems engineer supporting government customers and programs. At Agilent he was the IPMS program engineer responsible for assembling a team to design and build the product. In 2006 David moved to Transformational Security along with the IPMS product line and team. David holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Letourneau University and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
